Fixed/Base: ₹25 LPA (inclusive of PF and gratuity)
Joining Bonus: ₹1,00,000
Total CTC: ~₹26 LPA
Background
Backend-focused engineer (Java/Spring Boot/Microservices)
Currently employed and not under immediate pressure to switch
Looking for long-term career growth as well as compensation improvement
Questions
Is ₹25 LPA fixed a competitive offer for a Senior Software Engineer with 5.3 YOE in Hyderabad?
Does this seem like a fair market offer from EPAM, or is there room for further negotiation?
For those who have worked at EPAM, how has your experience been regarding project quality, learning opportunities, work-life balance, and career growth?
If you were in my position, would you accept this offer or continue interviewing for product companies and GCCs that may offer higher compensation?
