Design a job scheduler. Cross question on every component, why any component was used or picked and why not anything else can be picked instead.

Round 3:
LLD Round
I was told to use AI assitant to implement a LLD problem. Focus was on design pattern and understanding of the problem and not on the code.

Round 4:
Techno-Managerial Round
This round lasted 1.5 hours. Deep dive on my past projects. A lot of software engineering topics discussed and HLD topics discussed. Behavorial problems like how you handle conflict, how you review code, anything you have done to improve process, most technically challenging problem you have solved.

Verdict: Selected

CTC first year - ~50 LPA
40 LPA base
10 % variable - 4 LPA
6 L - retention bonus first year
4 L - retention bonus second year
