Hi everyone,

I recently completed the Accenture 2026 on-campus hiring process for the AASE (Advanced Application Engineering Associate) role. Here's my complete timeline and assessment experience.

Timeline

  • 17 Nov 2025: Received the assessment test invitation.

  • 28 Nov 2025: Appeared for the first three knockout rounds (all conducted on the same day):

    1. Behavioral & Cognitive Assessment
    2. Technical Assessment
    3. Coding Assessment
  • 2 Dec 2025: Received the Communication Assessment link.

  • 8 Dec 2025: Cleared the Communication Assessment and received the virtual interview invitation.

  • 10 Dec 2025: HR + Technical Interview.

  • 31 Dec 2025: Received the congratulatory selection email.

  • 1 Jan 2026: Received my LOI for the AASE role with a 6.5 LPA package.

Assessment Experience

1. Behavioral & Cognitive Assessment (Knockout Round)

This round consisted of 3 gamified aptitude games. Each game had 5 levels, and every level lasted approximately 3–20 seconds. The games mainly tested cognitive ability, attention, memory, and logical thinking.

2. Technical Assessment (MCQ)

I don't remember the exact number of questions, but they covered topics such as:

  • DSA
  • DBMS
  • Cloud Computing
  • Computer Networks
  • MS Office
  • Pseudocode

3. Coding Assessment

There were 3 coding questions:

  1. DSA: Find the largest element such that every element to its right is smaller than it (leader element problem).
  2. HTML/CSS: A webpage was provided, and I had to modify the UI by changing colors and a button.
  3. DBMS/SQL: Three tables were given, and I had to retrieve the required data by joining all three tables.

I was able to complete only the DSA question and did not attempt the HTML/CSS and SQL questions.

4. Communication Assessment

This round had two sections:

  • AI-based Interview: It was quite easy. The AI asked a few simple questions, and I answered them by speaking.
  • Written Assessment: I had to write a professional email.

5. HR + Technical Interview

The interview lasted around 30 minutes and was mostly HR-focused.

The interviewer asked about:

  • Self introduction
  • My projects
  • Resume discussion
  • Around 7–10 HR questions

Overall, the interview was friendly and conversational. I wasn't asked many deep technical questions.

I hope this post helps anyone preparing for the Accenture on-campus process. Best of luck to everyone!
