Algorithms

You are given an integer <code>n</code> and a digit <code>x</code>.

A number is considered valid if:

<ul>
	<li>It contains at least one occurrence of digit <code>x</code>, and</li>
	<li>It does not start with digit <code>x</code>.</li>
</ul>

Return <code>true</code> if <code>n</code> is valid, otherwise return <code>false</code>.
