Hi everyone,
I recently received an offer for SDE-2 at Flipkart with an early joining requirement. However, my current company is not willing to confirm my last working day (LWD) or allow me to leave three weeks early.
I informed the Flipkart HR about this today, and they mentioned they would check internally. I’m now concerned—is there a chance they might revoke my offer if I can't join early?
Has anyone faced a similar situation? Would love to hear your experiences.

Edit 1 (18/Feb/2025) : My company notice period is 60 days but Flipkart is forcing me to join after 40 days only. But my manager is not confirming now that he will leave me in 40 days. He will only confirm this in mid week of march. He mentioned that he will leave me 1 or 2 weeks early if there is no work. No confirmation yet.
Edit 2 (08/Mar/2025) : Received new joining date from FK HR for 60 days Notice period.
