Recently, I got a chance to interview with Microsoft for the Principal Engineer position. Went through 3(Codility, DSA & System Design) rounds so far. Awaiting for the feedback on the same (Personally felt did very good during the interviews). Did anyone else faced or in the similar situation? Is this a norm at Microsoft, that it takes time to get back to the candidate with the feedback or is it because of the year end? Just worried if its a reject and hence they are not coming back.
Any thoughts?
