I have received Verbal confirmation of Selection from these two companies.
GS: HR call happened in the 1st week of December with my expectations in terms of CTC and additional details and team matching call happened on the very next day with the Manager. HR mentioned that the approval would take 2 weeks. Still there is no update on that.
MSFT: Got verbal confirmation from the HR last week that I am selected but Manager has not updated the detailed feedback as there is hiring Slowdown and I can expect call from the team probably in the 1st week of Jan.
I am laid off from top MNC in November. I don't have a single job offer yet and no upcoming Interview invite.
Is there any chances that the Goldman Sachs or Microsoft even after the Selection may not release offer due to hiring slowdown or hiring freeze?
Also, I am seeking referral in more companies. Can anybody please help me out with the referral?
