In my current company Im Sde 1 there is hire and fire but I'm safe there due to a core dependencies which no one else knows how to work with those; with current ctc as 36lpa. Most probably I will get an offer at meesho sde 2 android with good package( last hr round left). should i join meesho or negotiate at my current company.
my current company gave me a 6month retention bonus till july if i leave I will have to return 3Lakhs.
Some personal events going to happen in April and May. Notice is 3mnths
