In August, I received confirmation from HR that I was selected for a Software Engineer role at Qualcomm. During our call, HR mentioned the results were positive, and the offer would be rolled out soon. However, that offer never came. Later, I was informed that the higher management had stopped approvals at the time. The HR assured me that if I found a relevant opening, he could assist in getting me back on the call.
Since then, I have seen Qualcomm hiring for multiple roles. I reached out to the HR who initially handled my case and also contacted other recruiters, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any positive updates.
I’m now unsure if there’s any chance of the offer being rolled out or if it’s worth pursuing further.
Has anyone else faced a similar situation? Any advice
