I apppeared for the first round of interview at Browserstack for frontend developer role on 15 Nov.
-Very standard react questions related to usestate useEffect hooks, rendering normal var vs useState var using UseEffect
-Will a child component rerender when prop passed into that is changed
-Difference between arrow function and normal functions in js
-When to use UseRef what use case can we store normal variables in that
-The difference between creating an instance of an arrow and a normal function by using the new keyword
-centre a div inside a div without using flex or grid -diffeent ways to inject a js file in HTML file
The interview went really well but got rejection mail within few minutes. If anyone recently interviewed at Browserstack can share their experience.
