Not sure whether popular or unpopular opinion, girls in tech are just baggage to the tech team. In my experience I've found 7 out of 10 male engineers to be smart and 8 out of 10 female engineers as dumb. Just finished my concurrency round with rubrik and the interviewer herself didn't understand how multiple threads can interact. I gave the most optimized code, written with plain java (only notify, wait and sleep), she agreed to all the approaches and was ok and then gave No Hire. If she had issues she could have pointed out asked me on how things works, given me the oppurtunity to explain but no, she agreed to everything I said and yet I got hear that feedback is negative. What a crap bunch of people not sure if how did they got hired.
Never interviewing with rubrik again.
