Folks its a generic post not anything regarding any company. I just wanted to state that each one of us giving interviews should insist on hrs or interviewers giving feedbacks. These has many impacts
- If feedback is negative they might tell you your weak areas. If they deny or taking time they are just finding for some other candidate with less budget or something else.
- they might give you some silly reasons to deny which clearly states its a waste of time. Eg. a company rejected me as I am from noida and told them I will travel to gurgaon on daily basis.
- Sometimes interviewers dont tell anything specific but make sure you judge yourselves correctly and work on them on regular basis.
I think giving appropriate feedbacks should be a mandate to any company after rejection and not only this fucking mail "The team truly enjoyed meeting you and was impressed with your background and qualifications, but unfortunately, we have decided not to move forward with your candidacy at this time. The team has identified other candidates in process who have skills and qualifications that are more closely aligned with what we are targeting for this role."
Most of times it might be not yours mistake but can doubt your confidence and knowledge to greater extent.
I,myself have faced it several times so thought of giving back to community. Hope this helps.
All the best folks for your interviews :)
What are your thoughts??
