Round 1: (70 minutes)
It was a code signal round, given 70 minutes and 4 questions. You have to score atleast 389/600 to move to next round. out of 4 questions, 1 was easy, 2 medium and 1 hard. i was able to fully solve first 3.
Round 2: (45 minutes)
It was based on DSA and java. First question was this : https://www.code-recipe.com/post/two-sum
After this i was asked question about microservices, my projects and lots of java 8 related questions like default, optional, predicate, consumer etc.
Round 3: (45 mins)
This was supposed to be system design round but i had a negative experience. The interviewer was not clear on the ask, he gave an abstract question regarding multithreading scenario saying this is how he takes interview and although there could be 100 solutions to the question , he was fixated on getting one solution that he implements in visa. He was fixated on java 8 and didn't want to go beyond that. when i suggested solutions with webflux or reactive java, he didn't try to understand and asked me to use java 8. after that i was asked to create an index on some imaginary table, i created it on column 1 but he was expecting that i had created it on column 5 which i didn't know existed :D.
Overall, bad interview experience. would suggest to prepare for java 8 strictly, dont go beyond if you want to ace.
