Got an email from ThoughtWorks regarding various opportunities. Applied and got a call from a recruiter within a week. He asked about my previous experiance etc and also told about the company principles.
The recruitment process has the follwoing rounds:
- Problem solving and pair programming
- Understanding of software design
- Understanding of the bigger picture
In the coding round more focus is on using OOP principles correctly and writing clean code. The problem asked was simple(algorithm wise). Google search
