Round - 3 ( Managerial ) : It was taken by CTO
a) Question related to my contirbution in current company projects.
b) Why do you want to relocate to Bangalore ?
c) Why are you looking for job change ? and some more.
Result : On Hold. As per HR , CTO commented "He is too junior for this role. Wants to understand from Director why he wants this guy". Total waste of time for me. They have 3+ years of criteria for Data Engineer - II position.
