Application process: Approached for referral from a friend. Got a call from HR after few days.

Round 1 (Technical Round 1 : 1 hour):

1. Introduction
2. Projects from Past Experience - In Deep, Asked about whole microservice architecture followed by Previous Company.
3. Coding Question: Implement Stack Variant(Fifo) where you have to put new elements at last with Classes and Objects in Java
4. Theorotical Questions - Microservice Architecture, Multithreading, Difference between Abstract Class and Interfaces, HashMap in Redis, OOPS Concepts, GraphQL

Round 2 (Mangerial Round : 35 minutes)

In this Round, Behavioural Question were asked

• Any Achievement from Past Experience that you are proud of
• 2 Failures from Past Experiences
• How do you keep yourself updated with the new Technologies?
• Why do you want to join Amex?
• Why do you want to leave current Org?
• What are some good leader qualities that you think a leader should have?

Note: My Feedback in 1st round was Outstanding, so they skipped one technical round.
