Confused || Need Urgent help || Visa vs Airtel Africa

Hi Folks,

I have offers for java backend role for SSE, from
Visa - Banglore
Airtel Africa - Gurgaon
CTC =25LPA
Can you please advise which one to choose for good learning and growth.
Also please share some insights about the work pressure and work culture.
At visa, team is visa developer platform gateway team, so not sure if i would get really good work.

What does the gateway team do in general?

Kindly advise.
