-Object slicing behaviour in cpp and java.
And Many More deep and thoughtful follow up questions around OOPS concepts which I dont exactly remember.

https://leetcode.com/problems/reverse-linked-list/

https://leetcode.com/problems/binary-tree-maximum-path-sum/

https://leetcode.com/problems/combination-sum-iv/

Both interviewers were very friendly.I was bit afraid for next round as everybody was saying their rounds went excellent and I had bluffed a little during dbms questions.12 out of 25 students were selected for second round.

Round 2:(Elimination round)-6 pm on same day
Taken by : Both interviewers with more than 10 year experience
Difficulty level : Medium
Duration of interview : 2 Hr 20 minutes.

This round was more of a object oriented design round.

Started with my introduction where I mentioned that I worked with MERN Stack,so basic questions around MERN Stack.
Why Mongo/nosql and not sql db in your project?
DIscussion on ACID-BASE properties.

He asked me to design a as much as secure system for user authentication.(Just flow chart/diagrams were enough.).

I mentioned something related to map.So we had deep discussion on hashmaps in almost every aspect. In the end , he asked me to implement it on paper(Just a abstract code.) Considering chaining and then open addressing.

Then he gave me a problem to design the system of elevators in the building with conditions being there can be multiple elevators in the building. This was very interesting question and we designed this system for more than 1 Hr 30 minutes. This interviewer was most friendliest interviewer I ever had and he made me challenge my brain to find innovative and optimised approach for our system. We designed system with priorities assigned to every lift according to the number of requests they had at that time and I tried to optimise them using disc scheduling algorithms in operating systems which interviewers liked very much.

I was sure about this interview that I'll go to next round and I got call for next round around 8:45 pm.

9 out of 12 were selected for next round.
