I am confused on the company question lists, can you explain what are they ?

For Microsoft for example, we have 4 different lists :

1- A card that you can access from Explore

2- A featured list you can access from Problems -> right middle of the page

3- A list when you select Microsoft tag from the Problems page, problem list

4- A new company page which opens when you click the company name in Problems -> right bottom of the page

** The third and fourth are not same when I ordered by frequency (also the others are different)**
