I wanna understand how can I improve myself. I am expecting better answers than 'Do more practice'.

I understand how important practice is but if you're not able to solve problems then there's no point of doing that again and again until you understand the correct approach and better understanding.
If someone can provide a resource for learning/understading the process better will be a great help.

I do coding in python so looking for resource in the same.
