I am in a team match since last 7 months , no team match call , recruiter always says working on candidancy and shared resume to manager's but no udpates since last 7 months , Getting Confusded / in confusion on my carrear since last 7 months , my tech rounds feedback shared by recruiter was also positive , i am SDE-1 at faang , but aggresively waiting for this opp.
Not sure should i look in my current role for promo and focus on that or keep waiting for this opp , this is imbalance on my patience and really frusted , if they atleals give clarify on what's not working i will look forward in my role , but they are not
