Airbnb Industry Coding Assessment (SWE): Reached Level 4 | What to Expect Next?

Hi everyone,
I recently took the Airbnb Industry Coding Assessment for the Software Engineer role and reached Level 4. I attempted Level 4 but didn't fully finish.
I submitted a few days ago and I'm still waiting for the interview call.
What I've gathered so far
This comes from public interview reports, and I can't confirm how it applies to my case:
- People describe a loop that can include recruiter contact, a technical screen, coding, system design, a deep dive into previous work, a core-values conversation, and pull-request review. The exact mix varies by candidate and level.
- One source says the onsite usually has four to six rounds, including two to three technical interviews.
My questions
- How long did you wait between finishing the assessment and hearing back, whether the answer was yes or no?
- If you moved forward, what was the next step: a recruiter call, a technical phone screen, or straight to the onsite?
- Does the number of levels completed seem to affect whether you advance, or does the overall solution quality matter more?
- What should I start preparing now for the later rounds: coding, system design, and the values or behavioral round?
I'll update this post when I hear back so it helps the next person. Thanks in advance!
