• Existing RSUs: Approximately ₹3.5–4 lakh per year in RSU payouts over the next four years

Agoda Offer Details

• Position: Lead Software Engineer (IC5)
• Location: Bangkok, Thailand
• Fixed Base Salary: THB 230,000 per month
• Target Annual Performance Bonus: 25%
• Sign-on Bonus: THB 460,000, paid in two instalments
• RSUs: USD 20,000, vesting over three years
• Work-from-home allowance: THB 13,500, one-time payment

The relocation package includes visa and work permit support, temporary accommodation for up to 30 days, flight expenses subject to approval, and either additional baggage allowance or household goods shipment.
