I attempted the HackCellence 2026 online assessment by Booking Holdings India COE on October 10, 2026. Sharing the test pattern and topics to help future candidates prepare.

• Duration: 100 minutes
• DSA Coding Questions: 2
• MCQs: 60

1. DSA Coding Questions

There were two coding questions:

• 1 Easy
• 1 Medium

I was able to solve both questions.

Preparation Tips

1. Practice easy and medium-level DSA problems.
2. Revise OOP, DBMS, and Computer Networks fundamentals.
3. Practice aptitude topics, especially probability, permutations and combinations, and simplifications.
4. Work on logical reasoning, puzzles, and reading comprehension.
5. Prepare for situational and behavioral questions that assess decision-making and responses to workplace scenarios.
6. Manage your time carefully, as the assessment contains 62 questions in 100 minutes.

Overall experience: The assessment covered a broad mix of coding, technical fundamentals, aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and behavioral questions. Prepare across all these areas rather than focusing only on DSA.
