Hi leetcode family, I recently interviewed for sde-2 position at fampay(bangalore) and got offered 30lpa
breakdown:
- 26 fixed
- 4 lakh worth esops.
I dont have any other offer but feel this is little low as I have 4yr of experience at a top fintech company based out of India.
Any idea how much I should negotiate to, what is average ctc they offer for engineering roles, WLB balance or any info regarding company is highly welcomed.
