I had the phone interview today(7 Oct) for SDE-2 role for Amazon Bengaluru.
Questions
DSA: https://leetcode.com/problems/find-k-pairs-with-smallest-sums
LP: Tell about a time when I solved an issue on scale by deep diving in the internals. How did I lead it, what was the impact.
Perfomance:
DSA: I knew how to solve the problem but kind of disappointed the interviewer I guess, because I disagreed and then agreed on the same approach twice. I also was in a hurry while dry running the code so she asked me to go step by step and dont just run to the conclusion.
LP: I used the STAR method to explain the scenario I handled in my current Org.
Kind of confused how it went.
