Everpure Mts-3 Interview Experience

I reached out to the recruiter regarding an opportunity, and here’s my interview experience:

Round 1: Multithreading — Event Dispatcher
Result: Strong Hire / Hire

Round 2: DSA — Data Structure Implementation
Result: Strong Hire

After Round 2, the next two rounds were conducted onsite.

Round 3: Domain Round — Datapath System
Result: Weak No Hire

Round 4: Hiring Manager Round
Focused mainly on questions related to my recent projects.

Because of the feedback from Round 3, the recruiter scheduled one additional domain round.

Round 5: Domain Round

• 20 minutes: Resume / project discussion
• 20 minutes: DSA(I took 30 minute)
• 20 minutes: Concurrency(Completed in 10 minute)

final result: Got rejected

Due to the NDA, I won’t be able to share the exact questions. However, the overall difficulty level was manageable. One thing I would emphasize is that communication is key, and you should be prepared for a lot of follow-up questions.
