I went through amazon full loop.
Rounds:
Round 1: DSA(Easy-Medium)
Graph traversal based question. Was able to solve completely and reason through the extension.
Round 2: DSA(Medium)
LRU cache. Interviewer was probably busy in some other stuff. We did not interact much but I coded the solution and did a dry run. Seemed pretty satisfied.
Round 3: HLD(HM round)
Twitter. I have no idea how the round went. I feel I was able to reason pretty much about the design choices, but at the same time interviewer did not seem to be really happy. This came out as a disappointment as I had been prepping HLD for 6 months straight.
Round 4: LLD(Bar raiser)
Notification system.
This round went really well. Interviewer was really happy with the discussion.
Overall the interview process was really top notch shitty. It took over a month to schedule each round. None of the interviewers came on time. The recruiter was unfriendly and unwilling to provide any feedback. One of the interveiwers was out for a team outing when the interview was scheduled. I had to call him up manually as the recruitment team was not even responding. The rejection came out as a surprise as all of the rounds really went well except I fumbled in HLD due to nervousness.
All the rounds had 2 behaviour questions as well.
