idk where to even rant about this but one of the worst phases of the interview process feels waiting for the decision after the final rounds. Recruiters take soooo long to get back to you if they dont ghost you that is. After investing weeks of time interviewing, sending out a timely rejection mail is the bare minimum but they dont even bother to do that.
