Recently, I got offers from PhonePe and Amazon, both for a 6-month internship with performance-based FTE conversion.

I’m a bit confused about which one to choose and would appreciate some opinions from people who have worked at either company or know about these roles.I need that has more probability of fte conversion

Relocation assistance: ₹40,000/month

FTE compensation:

Base Pay: ₹19,17,000

Sign-on Bonus — Year 1: ₹6,47,000

Sign-on Bonus — Year 2: ₹5,18,000

RSUs (4 years): ₹15,56,000

Total compensation: ₹46,28,000

FTE conversion: Performance-based
