I recently took the Flipkart GRiD 8.0 Online Assessment and wanted to share my experience.

Test Structure & Experience:

• The assessment consisted of a mix of DSA and core CS subjects.
• Time management was a major factor. Unfortunately, time was not sufficient to comfortably solve or even review all the questions in detail.

Problems Asked:

1. Question 1 (Graphs): A problem based on Graph traversal/algorithms.
2. Question 2 (DBMS/SQL): A database management or SQL-based question.
3. Question 3 (Dynamic Programming): A DP-based problem.
4. Question 4 (Unknown): I couldn't reach or fully comprehend the final problem because the time ran out before I could get to it.

Takeaways:

• Speed and accuracy are critical. Since the questions jump between algorithmic thinking (Graphs/DP) and core subjects (DBMS), context-switching quickly is key.
• Don't get stuck on one problem for too long so you at least have a chance to attempt everything.
