I have an upcoming on site for Palantir in the DC office. Whats the best way to prepare and what to expect?

I know theres a decomp and leaneing round and then behaviorals, but what should I expecr for live coding? I've never done in person coding before and have bo clue how that plays out.

Also, how technical is the Decomp route? Any good way to simulate the process?

Any advice is appreciated.
