I recently attended a TCS Digital interview as an experienced candidate with around 1.7 years of experience, and I got selected.
Sharing my interview experience for anyone preparing for TCS Digital.
The interview was a combination of Technical + HR discussion. Since I was an experienced candidate, they did not go very deep into technical questions.
The interviewer mainly focused on my work experience, Python fundamentals, problem-solving, and career-related questions.
Interestingly, the Technical and HR questions were asked in parallel rather than having completely separate rounds.
The interview was not heavily technical for an experienced candidate.
They seemed more interested in understanding:
The interview was more conversational rather than a rapid-fire technical round.
For experienced candidates preparing for TCS Digital, I would recommend focusing on:
Most importantly, know your resume thoroughly. Be prepared to explain anything mentioned in it and have concrete examples from your work experience.
