As most of you already know that Deloitte(India) is notorious for ghosting candidates at initial stages or between loop.

I would like to share my recent similar experience with Deloitte(IND).

• Process started with me applying for Senior Java role on their portal
• Got some work style AI survey to fill within couple of days
• After ~2 weeks, recruiter reached out to schedule Round 1(Tech/DSA)
• Timely joined the call, 5.. 10.. 20... 40mins I waited. Called,Emailed HR multiple times no response. Later she picked the call and acted surprised like she wasn't the one who scheduled it!!!(The NERVE)
• She mentioned panel not being available post 50mins being in call(I was doing my work side wise), also that they would let me know of reschedule when and if it is decided
• Weeks went by, griding leetcode and system design. One nice evening some other recruiter called asking about the interview. I mentioned last one was rescheduled and I have yet to take any round. She said call will be scheduled after 2 days and cut the call.
• Again, no mail, no invite, kept following via cell and email, no response.

For someone termed as one of BIG 4 consulting firm, their internal communication and management definitely needs some CONSULTING.
