Hi Community,

I completed all my rounds in Goldman Sachs for the associate role in their GBM GSET team.

These are the rounds:-

1. Coderpad round
2. DSA round
3. Software Engineering principle round
4. System Design round
5. Hiring Manager round.

Overall, the rounds went good and the last round (HM) was on 4th August. But from then I haven't heard back from the HR.

I followed up couple of time and she said some interviews was remaning but that too completed on last Thursday and she said it will take another 1-2 days but still I haven't received anything from their side.

Do they communicate with the candidate who was rejected or they communicate with the selected candidate only.

Has anyone recently appear for GS for this team, and if yes what is your current status.

Update:

They shared the compensation form and also having compensation discussion on call too. But the HR was saying that by having this compensation discussion doesn't mean I am completely selected for the role. I don't know why are they saying this.

Anyone who has recently selected in GS, does having compensation discussion, this doesn't gurantee that i will get the offer.

Also, what is the current base expectation for the associate role in Banglore.
