Initial HR Screening:
A few behavioural questions focused on my current and previous work experiences.
Behavioural Interview with VP:
The first interview was scheduled with the VP, but he did not join.
I waited for approximately 20 minutes.

The interview was rescheduled a few days later, but unfortunately, the VP did not join again.

It was rescheduled for a third time with a different interviewer.

Can you describe a situation where you helped another team, even though it was outside your primary responsibilities?
Can you describe a situation where you had a conflict with a team member or stakeholder and how you resolved it?
