First of all, this company is a private company, they give RSUs but since company is private, that amount of RSUs is next to worthless since it is not publicly traded on Stock market exchange. It is a DOUBLE-TRIGGER RSU.

They say that would go public but since 9 years, they are saying the same thing.

Interviewers are very naive and have zero knowledge of DSA/HLD/LLD and an incompetent Engineering manager who is the HIRING MANAGER(No Knowledge, mute guy)

4 Rounds ( ALL Virtual ]

1.Coding Round-1 : Improve the efficiency of an entire program

2.Coding Round-2: The duration is 75 minutes, the interviewer kept discussing resume for 30minutes, had to explain all the projects in detail since he wasnt getting a gist of it. Next gave me 2 HARD level Leetcode problems, solved both under 25 minutes and gave him a dry run. He said he was very much impressed with the performance.

3.HLD (Duration: 1 hour) Held by an irritated Engineering manager and kept interrupting whole time. They wanted me to design their ELT product within 1 hour. Answered all his question in depth.

4.Hiring Manager Round (Duration 45 minutes) : A quiet mute Engineering manager who wouldnt speak much. This round is non-technical. Not a single technical question was asked.

HR did debriefing and says to me its a "NO" and tells me that I was too expressive and solving their problems correctly and answering their questions rightfully is not enough. Complaint was that I was too expressive. Bizarre , after careful analysis, I realized that this was a Ghost interview. Wasted my time and energy preparing for this company that sells products nobody wants to buy and is a monolith service which has zero future growth and is on maintenance.
HR was the most delusional person on this earth trying all ways possible to say that performance didnt matter and that I expressed too much while asking doubts and solving the problems in time. Please dont waste time on this company.

The HR got completely rude. Highly unprofessional and gave silly reasons possible to not hire me. I clearly understood it was a ghost interview.
