It's been about 2 weeks (10+ business days) since I completed my full loop for a Microsoft SDE II position (team-specific role). I felt good about it — one of my interviewers even told me at the end of the coding round that it was a "hire" on his side.

I emailed the recruiter earlier this week for an update but haven't heard back yet. I don't have a phone number for her, just email.

For those who've been through the Microsoft process recently:

• What's the typical wait time to hear back after the final loop, especially for a team-specific role?
• Is silence at this stage normal, or should I start assuming the worst?

I know these things take time, but the waiting is getting to me a bit. Any data points on your own timelines would really help. Thanks!
