I'm looking for feedback from anyone who's experienced something similar in the Amazon interview process.

Role: SDE 1 FTC

Interview Process: 2 Technical Rounds + 1 Hiring Manager Round

Interview Breakdown

• Round 1 (Technical): Data Structures & Algorithms + Amazon Leadership Principles
• Round 2 (Technical): Data Structures & Algorithms + Amazon Leadership Principles
• Round 3 (Hiring Manager): Deep dive into past projects, architecture decisions, trade-offs, and Leadership Principles

The Confusing Part

After completing the Hiring Manager round, my application history became confusing:

• My first two technical rounds were conducted under the original posting (Job ID 1).
• Before the Hiring Manager round, my application appeared to move to Job ID 2.
• The interviewer for Job ID 2 did not join, and the process was then moved to Job ID 3, where I completed the Hiring Manager interview.
• A few days later, I received automated rejection emails for Job ID 2 and Job ID 3.
• However, I never received a rejection email for Job ID 1, which is the original FTC role under which my interview process started.

Has anyone experienced applications being moved across multiple Job IDs like this?

I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through something similar.
