I recently went through the TCS on-campus hiring process for the 2027 batch and wanted to share my interview experience since it wasn't what I expected.
I was shortlisted for the Prime interview.
Instead of asking many DSA or coding questions, the interviewer focused heavily on my projects and the AI/ML work mentioned on my resume.
Some of the questions I was asked:
Toward the end, the interviewer asked if I had any questions for them. We had a nice discussion about learning and project development before wrapping up.
Final Outcome: I received a TCS Digital offer.
I had prepared a lot of DSA expecting the interview to revolve around coding, but the discussion was dominated by my resume and projects.
