Hi everyone,

I recently completed all the interview rounds for a Senior Software Engineer position at Visa. The recruiter informed me that I cleared all the rounds and subsequently requested my documents for offer validation, along with professional references. The reference check is cleared and it's been 2 weeks after that and its been around 1.5 month since I gave my final round of interview.

I haven't received the official offer letter yet.

I wanted to understand from anyone who has gone through Visa's hiring process:
- How long did it take to receive the offer letter after the documentation and reference check stage?
- Is there any additional approval process after this, or is it mainly a matter of time?
