Perf bonus: around 1.5 lakhs. (10% base)

Relocation bonus: 1.25 lakh

Stocks: $20,000 USD (split over 3 years - 20 20 60)

Salesforce:

Perf bonus: around 1.5 lakhs. (10% base)

joining bonus: 5 Lakh

Stocks: $28,000 USD (split over 4 years - 25 25 25 25)
