🎓 Education: One of the Top 7 IIT (Non-circuital branch) (2024 passout)
💼 Experience: 1 year 11 months (Previously at a PBC)

The Offers:

1. Omnissa (formerly VMware)

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

• Base Salary: ₹26 LPA

• Performance Bonus: 12% (₹3.12 LPA)

• ESOPs: $10,000 USD (Vested over 4 years)

• Benefits: Standard Omnissa benefits

• Interview Experience

2. Spring Financial

• Location: Gurugram, Haryana

• Base Salary: ₹27 LPA

• Bonus/ESOPs: None

3. Spotnana

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

• Base Salary: ₹25 LPA

• Performance Bonus: 10% (₹2.5 LPA)

• ESOPs: 2000 units vested over a period of 4 years

• Interview Experience
