I recently interviewed in IDFC First Bank for the role of Senior Developer. I applied through Naukri and got a mail that my profile has been shortlisted for the role of Developer/Senior-Developer.

It was a face-to-face interview, and we were supposed to carry our Laptops for coding.

The evaluation process was as follows:

Round-1-Coding Round 15 minutes (time-bound)
Round-2-Code Pairing Round – 45 minutes
Round-3-Technical Interview – 60 minutes-DB, Design System-HLD, LLD- To be conducted virtually
CTO Round – To be conducted virtually

Reporting time was 9:30 am - 10:30 am. I reached the centre at 10:00 am. At around 10:45 am, the invigilator started distruibuting the question. For Round 1, we were given the problem: https://leetcode.com/problems/find-all-people-with-secret/description/ and around half hour to solve it.

Candidates who were able to get the output were selected for round 2. I couldn't get the output, and was rejected, even though i was able to explain the approach which i was taking for my solution and the invigilator seemed satisfied with it.
