Just finished Biweekly Contest 185 and was genuinely shocked to see so many people finish all 4 problems within 4–5 minutes.

I recently started giving contests again after a long break. I solved the first 3 problems in about 30 minutes, but couldn't finish the Digit DP. Then I noticed many participants solving Q4 within 15–20 minutes.

Is this simply the level of top contestants nowadays? Am I much slower than I should be, or has cheating/AI become common enough to noticeably affect contest rankings?

Not trying to make excuses—I'm genuinely curious how experienced contestants interpret these extremely fast submissions. Do you still consider LeetCode contests a reliable measure of improvement?
