  • Also personally I tried a lot last year (2025) and nothing worked out for me , i tried to crack a senior roles but vein .

My dilemma:

Blink RX offers the highest immediate compensation
Amazon offers strong brand value and potential long-term upside, but RSU value in my case is relatively modest
Salesforce looks stable and balanced
Teradata is AI-focused but lower overall compensation
