I have an offer from OCI for the role of SMTS and have other offer from SentinelOne,
Oracle OCI
Base: 42.5LPA
RSU: 92k divided 40%, 30%, 20% and 10% in subsequent years

SentinelOne
Fixed: 62LPA
Variable: 4LPA

Looking at the recent layoffs and offer revokes at oracle and rumours of further layoffs I am afraid if such situation arises again at oracle I'll end up loosing good current offer and will again have to start over on the positive side the compensation and brand value comes with oracle.

Oracle -> Brand Value but quality work will be with US engineers, Work Life Balance
SentinelOne -> Small Indian Engineer team with more of Agentic work which is good scope of learning but less work life balance

Wanted to know what would be your take at such situation?
