Hi everyone, I'm 2026 grad and have two offers currently one from Amazon (SDE 1) and one from Gojek (Assosiate software engineer). Pls help me to decide where to join based your experience and knowledge. I prioritize career growth, learning curve > Money > WLB.

Base: 22,22,279 Lpa ( including retierals)
Joining bonus: 3 Lpa
Perf bonus: around 2 lakhs. (10% base)

Amazon:

Base: 19,17,000
First year joinig bonus: 6.5 Lakh
Second year joining bonus: 5 lakh
Stocks: around 15 lakh vested over 4 yrs

People say that Gojek has really great culture and WLB. Is Gojek worth joining over Amazon since it has 3 lakh more base component?
