I'm a 2026 graduate currently looking for Full-Time Software Engineer (SDE) opportunities. I have internship experience at reputed MNCs, where I worked on software development, backend systems, and AI-driven solutions.

My experience includes working with AI applications and agentic workflows, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), MCP (Model Context Protocol), n8n-based automations, LLM integrations, and building end-to-end intelligent systems. I've also been actively strengthening my problem-solving skills through DSA and LeetCode.

One challenge I'm facing is that even after receiving referrals and applying through company portals, I rarely hear back from recruiters. I'd love to understand what I might be doing wrong and how I can improve my application strategy.
