What's the most unexpected interview question you've ever been asked?

Mine was:
"If you could add one feature to Gmail, what would it be and why?"

It wasn't a difficult question, but I wasn't expecting a product-design discussion in a software engineering interview.

Not necessarily the hardest question you've faced, just the one you didn't see coming.
